Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will assess, design, and guide clients toward their goals using the Svetness App, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support from management.

You will work with a supportive team, gain access to growth resources, and enjoy a liability-insured practice with client base referrals to help you grow your personal training career.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by a recognized body.
• CPR/AED certification required for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Create and customize workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and book client sessions via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling and up to 45 minutes commute between sessions.
