GYMGUYZ NJ seeks a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer to provide one-on-one fitness instruction at clients’ homes, helping them reach their health goals with top-tier service. The role supports both part-time and full-time hours, reflecting flexible scheduling and a strong client-focus.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA or DEAC accredited organization).
• Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent; advanced education preferred.
• All experience levels welcome to apply.
• Strong communication—verbal, written, and technical.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Familiar with various training equipment and methods.
• Clean driving record with valid license.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Follow the workout program from the initial assessment.
• Select exercises that meet client goals and abilities.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications.
• Document sessions in the GYMGUYZ App; complete notes.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client sessions using scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to fit client appointments.
