Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design effective programs, motivate clients, and help them reach wellness goals with independence and support.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no non-compete, and access to the Svetness App for progress tracking, scheduling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge.
• Familiarity with a variety of fitness equipment.
• Own basic training equipment.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor personal training.
• Develop workout programs from Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Schedule and manage client sessions with Svetness.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and up to 45-minute travel between sessions.
