Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. This role emphasizes helping clients reach goals with customized plans and consistent progress tracking using our Svetness App.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accredited certification (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not always have equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Customize workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct technique.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Manage client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to fit client needs.
• Travel to sessions within ~45 minutes of client locations.
