Job summary
GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training sessions tailored to each client. You will design personalized programs, track progress, and leverage the GYMGUYZ App to reassess and adjust plans.
We offer a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses, and a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Training and development are provided.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sessions.
- Proficiency with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.
- Excellent communication and energy in client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage your schedule efficiently.
- Motivate clients and track results.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
