GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver energetic in-home and on-site training. You’ll design customized programs, track progress, and reassess clients using our mobile apps, while managing a flexible schedule that can span part-time to full-time work.

This role offers performance bonuses, continuous development, and clear growth paths into Master Trainer and leadership roles within a nationwide fitness network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience with mobile apps to manage sessions and client notes (Mindbody, Trainerize)
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen as part of onboarding

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
