GYMGUYZ is the leading in-home personal training company, seeking highly motivated trainers to join our growing team. We offer the chance to train clients in their homes or on-site with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, with extensive training and development programs, certifications, and ongoing support from our fitness professionals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor and track client progress to maximize results.
• Conduct reassessments to adjust programs.
• Drive to and from client sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
