Job summary

GYMGUYZ hires trainers to work in clients' homes, building customized workouts and strong relationships. You choose the days and hours you're available, and we fill your schedule with nearby clients.

No cold calls or quotas—training is client-driven. Earn $30–$40 per session with room to grow through semi-private and group training, plus certification discounts and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification required: nationally recognized PT certification.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customized fitness programs based on client goals and abilities.
• Deliver safe, effective workouts in clients' homes.
• Coach clients on proper technique, motivation, and accountability.
• Track progress and reassess periodically.
• Foster strong client relationships to sustain motivation.
• Collaborate with team through mentorship and support.
