Job summary

GYMGUYZ seeks passionate personal trainers to join our growing team, delivering in-home sessions to clients with varied goals. You’ll design personalized programs using our Fitness App and ensure client safety.

Compensation is $40–$45 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing training. Travel to client homes is required, and you’ll receive support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor and track client progress to maximize results.
• Conduct reassessments and adjust plans accordingly.
• Commute to and from client training sessions and maintain scheduling.
• Attend monthly team meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
