Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking an In Home Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one, customized fitness instruction directly at clients' homes in New Jersey. You will assess, design, and adjust training plans, motivate clients, and ensure safe, effective sessions while building lasting relationships.

This role supports part-time to full-time hours with travel to client locations, utilizing our scheduling tools and app to document sessions and track progress.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification.
• Experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principles.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ needs.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients in their homes.
• Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs.
• Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a safe and effective workout environment for clients.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention.
