GYMGUYZ in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one fitness instruction in clients' homes or chosen locations. You will guide clients toward their goals with professional health and wellness coaching and maintain high customer service standards.

The role supports either part-time or full-time arrangements, offering career growth, access to education discounts, and exposure to a broad client base across NJ.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA or DEAC accredited).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow the workout program developed from the initial assessment.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form.
• Document and plan sessions in the GYMGUYZ App.
• Complete session notes after each client session.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client sessions via scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
