Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation.
• Monitor client progress throughout their fitness journey.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques.
