Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions.
• Create personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and maintain motivation.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor progress and conduct reassessments.
• Travel to client locations and maintain scheduling.
