Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is hiring dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will tailor programs after initial assessments and use the Svetness App for session notes and progress tracking.

Expect a flexible schedule, client-facing focus, and ongoing professional growth with access to free education resources and manager support.

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer with accredited CPT credential (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
CPR/AED certification required.
High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years PT experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Experience with various equipment and training methods.
Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor settings.
Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming, session notes, and progress tracking.
Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks to adjust programs.
Maintain and manage client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and travel up to 45 minutes.
