SYNERGY HomeCare in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring In Home Personal Care Providers to support clients in their own homes with companionship, light personal care and daily living support, delivered with warmth and reliability.

We offer flexible schedules (seasonal, PRN or permanent), paid orientation and ongoing training, direct deposit, and time-and-a-half for overtime or holidays, with opportunities to work around your commitments. Join a nationwide agency that values compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling and travel to client homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

In Home Personal Care Provider Salary: Starting at up to $19.00/hour depending on skill level, education, and availability.
