Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Woodbridge area. If you have experience caring for seniors but lack certification, we offer a free PCA course to get you started.

We hire CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who share a warm, patient-centered approach and a commitment to putting clients first. We provide competitive pay starting at $17–$18 per hour, direct deposit, ongoing training, Flexible schedules, a 401K, and an employee recognition program.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience in home care or similar setting.
• Caring, compassionate personality.
• Willing to complete PCA course if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship.
