You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and provide companionship, while following care plans and maintaining accurate records. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in personal care or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client homes within Howell, MI.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
