Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in Maryland.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute care, home health, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing at clients' homes.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in condition.
• Triage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care and documentation.
