Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current license to practice in New Jersey or eligible.
• First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area.
• Provide 1:1 treatment and develop individualized plans.
• Evaluate effects of treatment and adjust as needed.
• Document each visit accurately and timely.
