Job summary

Ignite Rehab, operating as part of Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, is seeking a motivated Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide in-home care in New Jersey. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and training will be provided for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible for licensure in NJ.
• Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required; mentorship will be provided for documentation and compliance.
• Able to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services.
• Assess and treat patients in their homes.
• Document patient care plans and progress, with mentor support as needed.
