Qualifications

• Requires a valid, active Speech Therapy license in Texas
• Current BLS/CPR License
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing regular updates on goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects care and communicates plan changes to the team.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss progress and refine strategies
