Qualifikationen

Active SLP license (Texas)
ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing
Current CPR certification
Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Aufgaben

Provide in-home speech-language therapy
Perform evaluations and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
Educate families and caregivers for carryover
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Document care in EMR
Maintain compliance with standards

Kenntnisse

Active SLP license
