Southland Therapy in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in-home and daycare-based early intervention speech therapy for children in natural environments.

This role offers 100% home and daycare visits, a flexible schedule, immediate caseload, and W2 or 1099 options with full administrative support. Licensure as an SLP (or CFY candidate) and SC license or ability to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY candidate.
• South Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy / early intervention.
• Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children.
• Deliver early intervention (EI) services in natural environments.
• Treat speech, language, and communication delays.
• Work closely with families to support progress in daily routines.
• Use play-based, functional therapy approaches.
