Southland Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide early intervention in-home and in daycare settings in the Spartanburg, SC area. This role focuses on natural environment therapy with a strong referral network and immediate caseload.

The position offers flexible hours, 100% home/daycare visits, and W2 or 1099 options, with full administrative support and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY candidate.
• South Carolina license (or ability to obtain).
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy / early intervention.
• Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children.
• Deliver early intervention services in natural environments.
• Treat speech, language, and communication delays.
• Work closely with families to support progress in everyday routines.
• Use play-based, functional therapy approaches.
