Job summary

Southland Therapy in Conway, SC is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in-home and daycare-based early intervention services for children with speech and language delays. This is a 100% home and daycare role, with an immediate caseload from active referrals.

We offer flexible hours, W2 or 1099 options, and admin support including referrals and billing. SC license or CFY eligibility is required, with a passion for pediatric EI in natural environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY candidate.
• South Carolina license or eligibility to obtain.
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy and early intervention.
• Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children.
• Deliver early intervention services in natural environments.
• Treat speech, language, and communication delays.
• Work closely with families to support progress in everyday routines.
• Use play-based, functional therapy approaches.
