Job summary

Amazing Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home pediatric therapy focused on communication, feeding, and swallowing needs. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress for young clients, partnering with families and the care team to tailor plans.

Flexible part-time schedule with hourly supervision pay and visit-based compensation, supportive back-office, and caseloads near your location in Weslaco, Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child.
• Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain documentation.
• Ensure services meet standards and compliance guidelines.
