Job summary

Easter Seals of Greater Houston seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home services for infants birth to 36 months in the Conroe area. The role supports the Early Childhood Intervention program with family-centered planning and collaboration with a multispecialty team.

The position is full-time, with a 4/10 schedule option, and includes competitive benefits. You will document services, drive to client homes, and ensure timely IFSP implementation and family coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Texas Physical Therapy License.
• 3 years' experience including infant/toddler population.
• English communication skills including listening, speaking, nonverbal communication and writing.
• Willing to drive extensively in and around Conroe and surrounding areas.
• Ability to frequently bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental skills of infants birth to 36 months.
• Collect and review case history and parent reports; observe child.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and IFSP-based recommendations.
• Implement intervention plans for developmental delays.
• Deliver direct services at home or natural environments; start within 28 days of IFSP.
• Maintain documentation and timesheets; use Providersoft within 60 days.
• Manage schedule to deliver at least 65 hours monthly.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and community.
• Coordinate with other departments and educational materials.
