Job summary

Easter Seals of Greater Houston is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, ECI, to provide in-home therapy services to children in Tomball, Magnolia and surrounding areas. The position reports to our Tomball ECI Team Manager and requires travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and Texas OT license.
• Willing to drive 75% in and around Tomball, Magnolia and surrounding areas.
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs) preferred, especially Birth to Three topics.
• Minimum of three years' experience in OT, with at least one year working with infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home OT evaluations and interventions for children from birth to age three.
• Collect information from case history, parent report, observation, and other professionals.
• Interpret evaluation results, develop impressions, and make recommendations.
• Develop and implement IFSP-based intervention plans within required timelines.
• Document services, timesheets, and RMTS; maintain agency software proficiency.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and other agency staff; act as Service Coordinator for assigned clients.
