Easter Seals of Greater Houston seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home services in the Conroe area within the Early Childhood Intervention program. The role focuses on birth to 36 months with developmental delays, aiming to empower families and enhance child development through family-driven strategies.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing diagnostic impressions, creating intervention plans, and coordinating services with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Texas Physical Therapy License.
• 3 years' experience, including infant/toddler population.
• Strong English communication (listening, speaking, writing).

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental skills of birth to 36 months.
• Gather information from case history and observations.
• Interpret evaluation results and develop recommendations.
• Implement IFSP-based intervention plans with timely start.
• Provide services at home, daycare, or other natural environments.
