Job summary

Easter Seals of Greater Houston seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home services in the Conroe Early Childhood Intervention territory. The role supports birth to 36 months with developmental delays, guided by the IFSP and parent-driven goals.

The position involves direct home visits, collaboration with families and other professionals, and careful documentation. A Texas PT license and infant/toddler experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Texas Physical Therapy License.
• 3 years' experience, including infant/toddler population.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental skills of assigned clients from birth to 36 months.
• Collect information from case history, parent report, observation of child, and other professionals.
• Interpret evaluation results, develop diagnostic impressions, and make recommendations.
• Implement intervention plans for children with developmental delays or certain medical diagnoses.
• Provide direct services at home, daycare, or other natural environments.
• Complete client paperwork and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage schedule to deliver at least 65 hours of services per month.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and community partners.
• Serve as the Service Coordinator for assigned clients.
