Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring licensed OTs and COTAs to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas, delivering evidence-based care in children’s homes and communities. The role emphasizes improving daily living skills, fine motor and sensory processing, and family empowerment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year pediatric OT experience (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an EMR system and maintain compliance.
