Job summary

Twenty80 LLC seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized in-home training for PD patients and caregivers. The role emphasizes education, hands-on instruction, ongoing support, and home visits to ensure adherence to PD protocols and improve quality of life for ESRD patients.

The RN will train patients in CAPD and APD, teach aseptic procedures, catheter care, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to tailor care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and dialysis-related training experience.
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis (PD) and hemodialysis exposure.
• BLS/ACLS certified or active.
• Able to document care in EMR accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on PD training (CAPD/APD) and aseptic technique.
• Perform home visits and assess living environments and equipment.
• Coordinate with nephrology team and other care professionals to update care plans.
