Visiting Angels Carmel is hiring caregivers to support clients across Hamilton County with flexible schedules and competitive wages. As an in-home Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while following personalized care plans.

We provide training in dementia and Alzheimer's care and opportunities for advancement. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response provided if needed.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks and mobility support.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties and reporting health changes.
• Provide companionship and respond to emergencies.
• Accompany clients on shopping trips and outings.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and care plans.
