As a PCA, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while reporting changes and providing dependable companionship to clients at home and during appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• First Aid/CPR training provided if needed.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking skills expected.
• Reliable transportation to client homes for scheduled visits.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Compassion and a desire to brighten clients’ days.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
