Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, mobility support, and documenting care plans.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PCA, DCW, HHA, CNA, or caregiver preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to client-centered care.
• Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
