Job summary

The position offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and flexible options. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and CNA is preferred but not required. CPR/BLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Healthcare, PCA, caregiver, or patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Support infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate and respectful patient interactions.
