Accurate Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/CFSS Support Worker to perform direct patient cares and assist with daily living activities under supervision, helping patients maintain health and independence.

This full time or part time position is based in Glyndon, MN, offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour, benefits including health insurance relief, 401(k), CEUs and paid time off, and opportunities to build meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills with compassion and sensitivity.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• PCA/CFSS certificate required or available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the patient care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
• Perform light housework and support independent living.
• Report changes or concerns to Clinical Manager.
