Job summary

Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable In-Home Patient Care Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes across the Tulsa metro area.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with shifts for day, evening, overnight, and weekends, plus opportunities for advancement. A CNA certification is preferred but not required; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.
• Ability to follow an individualized care plan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement

Looking for a caregiving position where you can build meaningful relationships and enjoy a flexible schedule?

Perfect Fit Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. We have openings for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts throughout Claremore, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and surrounding communities.

Compensation

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.
