Qualifications

• Bachelor in SW or related field
• High school diploma with parenting or child-care experience with children 10 years or younger
• Must have vehicle and be able to transport clients
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services for families referred by Lancaster County Children and Youth agency
• Provide parenting and life-skills coaching and help maintain a safe, nurturing home
• Complete program intake, initial visits, assessments and monthly service reports
• Communicate with the provider agency and maintain relationships with families and other service providers
• Use trauma-informed approaches to develop healthy skills for families
• Some evening hours required
