Job summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced Outside Sales Consultants operating as Outside Sales Employees. This unique position provides health benefits as an employee while also maintaining 1099 tax status as a direct seller under Section 3508 of the Internal Revenue Code.

This opportunity is designed for proven closers who excel in in-home sales presentations and consultative home improvement sales, and are highly motivated by performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred
• Ability to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments
• Criminal background check required
• Strong math skills for measurements and quoting
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential sales appointments
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demos
• Present and sell Windows USA products with approved pricing
• Take measurements and complete sales documentation
• Use iPads and CRM to manage customer info and proposals
• Maintain professional, ethical, customer-focused sales practices
• Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience
• Attend regular sales meetings and training
• Maintain 15+ weekly appointments, including evenings and weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned
