Join Home Health of Western Colorado as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Montrose, CO. This is a paid opportunity to serve others, live our mission, and make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting. PRN and Full-Time schedules are available, with travel to clients’ homes and mileage reimbursement.

Licensed OT in CO with at least 1 year of experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and transportation. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or registered in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients and provides Occupational Therapy upon the written order of the client's attending physician.
• Manages and supervises the Occupational Therapy assistants and/or rehabilitation aides in direct client care and client-related activities.
• Plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates the Occupational Therapy offered by the department (i.e.: scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing).
• Performs other duties or special assignments as directed by the Director of Clinical Services.
• Comply with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state.
