Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Montrose, CO. The role involves travel to clients’ homes for OT services, with both PRN and full-time daytime hours available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or registered in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate from an OT program or eligible for AOTA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year OT experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate clients and provide Occupational Therapy per physician order.
• Supervise OT assistants and rehabilitation aides in direct client care.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate OT services and scheduling.
• Perform duties as directed by the Director of Clinical Services.
• Comply with the Colorado Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
