Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in Montrose, CO. The role includes travel to clients' homes, M-F daytime hours, and both PRN and full-time options. The organization offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven environment.

Licensed CO OT with at least one year of experience will evaluate clients, supervise therapy staff, and coordinate OT services while complying with state practice acts. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or registered in the state of Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the AMA/AOTA or eligible for certification by the AOTA.
• A minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients and provides Occupational Therapy upon the written order of the client's attending physician.
• Manages and supervises the Occupational Therapy assistants and/or rehabilitation aides in direct client care and client-related activities.
• Plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates the Occupational Therapy offered by the department (i.e.: scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing).
• Comply with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state.

Pay Range: $46- $52 per hour based on previous work experience.
