Job summary

Argus Home Healthcare in Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health services. You will assess clients in their homes, develop care plans with physicians, and provide therapy, education, and equipment as prescribed.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, coordinating with the care team, supervising aides, and maintaining documentation. A valid Colorado OT license and a driver’s license are required; home health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license required.
• Graduate of an OT program approved by AMA/ AOTA.
• Experience in Home Health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing OT evaluations, including OASIS assessments.
• Develop and update care plans with the physician and care team.
• Provide treatment, education, and equipment; supervise aides and staff.
• Coordinate services and plan discharge; document outcomes.
