Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and senior living care in Palm Desert, CA. The role emphasizes autonomy to create flexible treatment schedules and enduring patient relationships.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy to older adults, support mobility and independence, document in the FOX EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Telehealth may supplement in-person visits to improve access.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
• Autonomy to manage treatment schedules and patient relationships.
• Comfort delivering in-home and senior living settings.
• Ability to provide telehealth when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living facilities.
• Deliver sessions supporting mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Document therapy activities in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists for coordinated care.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when suitable to extend access.
