Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home and senior living care in Exton, PA. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in home or community settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and safety.
• Document care in the EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
