PARS Therapy in Natalia, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team, helping patients regain independence in their own homes.

You will evaluate conditions, design individualized treatment plans, implement therapies to improve daily living and mobility, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Texas OT license and professional liability insurance required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license in good standing.
• Current professional liability insurance for Texas practice.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Responsibilities
