Qualifications

• OT licensure in all states of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and age 21+ required

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to establish or adjust treatment plans.
• Provide OT therapy using established protocols and document care.
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to needed parties.
• Supervise assigned assistants and perform other duties as assigned.
