Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Washington Court House, OH, delivering one-on-one care in homes or senior living communities. You’ll perform evaluations, craft plans, and provide evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and independence, with flexibility to manage your schedule.

Telehealth may be incorporated to extend access, and you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while building lasting patient relationships in the Geriatric House Calls™

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver sessions to support wellness, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
