Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Active Florida OT license.
• Valid Florida driver's license and auto insurance; clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience; home health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
• Commitment to patient-centered home health care.

Responsibilities
